Ask for help

To report a bug, please post an issue in our GitHub detailing your logs with:

  • Your Operating System (Mac, Windows or Linux)
  • The version of your Operating System
  • The version of Datashare
  • Screenshots of your issue
  • A description of your issue

If, for confidentiality reasons, you don't want to open an issue on Github, please write to datashare@icij.org.
