Add Project Goals and Key Features / Overview sections

Solves Issue #60 Improve the existing README.md with more details on the project's goals and usage.

Summary

This PR expands the README.md to better communicate what pykitzoid is, who it’s for, and what it currently offers. It adds two new sections:

• Project Goals: Purpose, scope, and target audience.
• Key Features / Algorithms Overview: Current highlights and what contributors/users can expect.

Changes

• Added a Project Goals section with:
  • Purpose (Go-first ML building blocks with optional Python interface)
  • Scope (small, local, demo-friendly)
  • Target audience (students, OSS contributors, Go-curious practitioners)
• Added a Key Features and Overview

Impact

• Improves onboarding and discoverability of current capabilities.
• Sets a clear tone for future contributions and demos.
