GS and CE optimizers give 'ParameterDict' object is not callable error

When adding parameter groups in the CE and GS optimizers, they complain that the ParameterDict is not callable.
e.g.
traj.parameters.f_add_parameter_group('grid_spec')
TypeError: 'ParameterDict' object is not callable
