Difference between LLVM-Loop-Profiler_MonoRepo and LLVM-Loop-Profiler

Hi,

I am a Ph.D. student and I am trying to use the LLVM-Loop-Profiler tool in my research.

I noticed that there are two different repositories for the tool: this repo and an older LLVM-Loop-Profiler repo.

With a quick diff, I saw that several pieces of the code are different. Thus, I am wondering:
(1) which one of the two repositories is the most stable?
(2)can I use the same README to run the tool as in the old repository (since there is no specific README for the LLVM-Loop-Profiler tool in this repo)?
