Install "just" in ODK

Right now we do everything with make - for ODK, this wont change. But for many projects where I am using the ODK container for tools we are now using justfiles. I would like to add add just to support these projects.

If you dont have objections @gouttegd I will go ahead and run some tests.

I do not entirely object, but I am not too keen either…

At some point we’ll have to draw a line about what should be included or not in the ODK, because if we keep including everything and the kitchen sink, ODKFull will look less like a “kit for developing ontologies” and more like a custom GNU/Linux distribution.

Including tools that are clearly ontology-related (e.g. Konclude) and/or that are somewhat “difficult” to install for non-tech-savvy users (e.g. Konclude again, which must be compiled on arm64)? OK, fine.

But generic tools for which pre-compiled binaries (including for arm64) are readily available, and for which there is only one executable to download and put in the PATH before they can be used (like just)? Unless it’s a tool that is being used in a standard ODK workflow I am quite inclined to say that it does not belong in the ODK.

I’d much rather think about how to make it easy for people to build their own custom ODK image in which they can add whatever tools they need for their own local custom workflows…
