  D-POAF® (Decentralized Proof-Oriented AI Framework) is a proof-oriented,
  evidence-driven framework for AI-enabled software engineering. It defines
  a structured lifecycle model built around verifiable proof (PoD, PoV, PoR),
  decentralized governance through Dynamic Laws, and end-to-end traceability
  of intent, decisions, actions, artifacts, and outcomes in human-AI
  engineering environments. The framework introduces 6 collaborative roles,
  7 operational sub-phases, 5 Wave Profiles, and a PromptRegister for
  full AI prompt traceability.
