Overview of the Feature Request
We have api and use cases for get/create/delete template, we are able to integrate things related to these use cases.
Collection page -> Edit button -> Dataset Templates
Create: navigate to /template/ownerId=1
Default: the button "Make Default" turns to "Default", shows information of acting success
View: a pop-up modal of information
Delete: a pop-up modal asking for confirmation
