Re-trigger CI against latest mf/subdir-inputs

Verifies single-package consumer compatibility after recent
ITensorActions changes (classify-pr subdir/exclude-subdirs,
Tests/IntegrationTest/VersionCheck/CheckCompatBounds/CompatHelper
input additions and project→subdir renames).
