All canvas elements being blurred after certain actions

After open circuits menu / open settings / pressing run simulation button in the entire canvas being shakals

Description

The entire elements on workspace (reactflow) becomes blurry after certain actions, also when you switch to another tab in your browser and come back. It only becomes normal again if you start moving or zooming.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place the InputNode with button
2. Push on InputNode button
3. Nodes on workspace become shakals during the button animation

or

1. Push start simulation button
2. Nodes on workspace become shakals during the button animation

or

1. Click on open circuits menu / settings button
2. Nodes on workspace become shakals during the button animation

or

1. Switch to another tab
2. Come back into visual-circuit-designer
3. Nodes on workspace become shakals during the button animation

Expected Behavior

The entire interface should look normal and not blur during various user actions.

Actual Behavior

Interface look breaks when buttons triggered
