Add Auto Updater for Apps on Zima OS

Hello!

It would be amazing if we could have an option to enable or disable autoupdate or ZimaOS apps installed from the AppStore (no matter the repo) so we keep our apps and servers always up to date.

I know there are options like watchtower and so, but I believe this would make much more sense to be integrated on the OS Level. Quality of Life updates :)

tugtainer does that. The ZimaOS also has that build in but they dont work the same. I am new ao not sure what how they differ and operate.
