Improve Kubernetes notification object rendering

Improve rendering of Icinga Notifications object references for Kubernetes resources.

The renderer now formats object ID tags consistently as key/value pairs, includes resource and namespace information in the visible output, and keeps full identifiers available in the HTML title. It also provides a fallback for incomplete object tags instead of silently skipping them.
