Expected Behavior

The Icingabeat's connection to the event API of Icinga 2 is stable

Current Behavior

With Icinga 2 2.11+ the Icingabeat gets disconnected every 10 seconds

Possible Solution

This is a reference issue for Icinga/icinga2#8213, so the problem likely has to be fixed on the Icinga side.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Install and configure icinga2
2. Install and configure icingabeat
3. Wafch the logs

Your Environment

• Beat version (icingabeat -version): 7.5.2
• Icinga 2 version (icinga2 --version): 2.12.1
• Elasticsearch version (curl -XGET 'localhost:9200'): 7.9.2
• Operating System and version: CentOS 7
