igx-chip has fixed font-size, which makes the content be really tight in smaller chip sizes

Description

The content gets squeezed because of large fonts when using chips with smaller chip sizes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone this repository https://github.com/kdinev/marketing-content-control-panel
2. npm i && npm start
3. Observe the chips on the landing page dashboard.

Result

Chip content has no breathing room

Expected result

There should be good spacing from the chip borders.

I see these are medium-sized chips. This might be a regression. Here’s the Figma design, where the spacing for medium chips looks correct.
