Looking at the right TOC, there's no clear way to scroll to the top. Especially since the H1 headers are not listed in the TOC, which personally is quite handy to be able to quickly go from one section to another.

This topic in particular has some more information in the overview, which as a user I would like to be able to easily scroll to if I am at the bottom.
