Web components projects are generated with older package version and themes are not applied

1. Use the latest version of igniteui-cli - (14.10.0-alpha.4)
2. Use one of the following promts for the AI agent - Please generate me web components car service application or Create me a webcomponent project with navdrawer and grid

The generated web components project using old package version 6.x

Igc components themes and styles are not applied-

wc-nav-grid.zip

Should vite be used in the start command instead of wsd?

I've found the source of the problem but it was actually fixed just three hours ago. The igniteui-webcomponents version was bumped from ~6.3.0 to ~7.1.0 in all WC templates
