[Date Picker] [Indigo] Border and shadow of the dialog are not correct

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are some visual discrepancies in the dialog of the date picker, which affect also the date range picker.

Describe the solution you'd like
Indigo Light: Dialog should have 1px solid light grays.400 border, not transparent.
Indigo Dark: Dialog should have elevation-7 (not 5), and 1px solid dark grays.100 border, not transparent.
