[Bug]: IgcTreeGrid: Scrollbar moves automatically when a cell value is updated

Description

Scrollbar moves automatically when a cell value is updated using updateCell() method. This is reproducible if each row has a different height.
This is reproducible with Angular igxTreeGrid as well(IgniteUI/igniteui-angular#16558).

Reproduction

1. Go to sample - https://codesandbox.io/p/devbox/quizzical-field-hgqqcz?workspaceId=ws_Wca1rSR5QWnYWuPzcJ6uNq
2. Move the vertical scrollbar to the very bottom.
3. Click the bottom most row.

Workaround

I have not found a workaround.

Is this a regression?

No or unsure. This never worker, or I haven't tried before.
