This removes
data/apps/com.github.stenzek.duckstation.json.The app was previously configured using direct APK links:
https://www.duckstation.org/android/duckstation-android.apkhttps://www.duckstation.org/android/duckstation-beta.apkThese URLs no longer provide APK downloads and now redirect to an error page:
The current Android download flow on the official homepage redirects users exclusively to the store distribution rather than direct APK downloads.
Additionally, the upstream repository states that Android support is effectively unmaintained:

Because Complex Obtainium Apps is intended for apps obtainable outside Play Store-only distribution, this entry is no longer valid and should be removed.
Note
This PR depends on #1435 for the build pipeline to complete successfully and correctly reflect this removal.
