Make hyperverse less bad

Progress:

- Move to checker-qual
- Add the cloud editorconfig
- Add the cloud checkstyle and enforce it
- Switch from text to adventure
- Update MiniMessage
- Add missing JavaDoc

TODO:

- (Optional) Switch from ACF to cloud
- Remove the per world inventory stuff. Sad to lose it, but it's too volatile OR OR OR make it less poopy using adventure-nbt
