Native Anti-Xray not working on Slime Worlds

Describe the issue: Paper's native anti-xray feature doesn't work with slime worlds; an average xray mod works just fine despite a correct anti-xray configuration in paper-world-defaults.yml

Spigot version: ASPaper server 1.21.11

How to reproduce: Configure anti-xray on your server and use an xray client on a slime world

Could you try the newest 26.1.2 version? We might have finally fixed this. (Note: 26.1.2 is still very much experimental)
