Array fields are sent when no values are specified

Array fields (such as highlight_fields and highlight_colors in the cdk-depict-mols job) are sent as options when the job is executed, even when no values are specified e.g. the argument name is present but it has no values.

It should be possible to tolerate this during job execution, but it would be cleaner if the option was not sent if there were no values specified.

Not sure what is sent as the value, but it is missing/empty/null so manifest itself a the argument being specified but no value being set

@tdudgeon This just seems to be the functionality of RJSF? See this playground. Wouldn't not sending/nulling the properties for empty array fields just be more work on both ends? You've got to handle an empty array in the job anyway...

Yes, it can be handled in the job execution if necessary, but it's just extra logic that if would be better to avoid if there was a simple way to do so.
