Linux

Currently, there aren't any official releases for Linux OS.
Although it has been tested internally for development purposes on Fedora Linux 39 64-bit, with Python 3.10 and Tk support package

MacOS

Currently, there aren't any official releases for MacOS

Android

Currently, there aren't any official releases or APK files for Android, if you want to clean up your Android smartphone, you may just use the Android smartphone cleaning function in Temp_Cleaner GUI versions 7.0 or newer.

iOS

Currently, there aren't any official releases or any intentions to make an iOS smartphone cleaning function.

ReactOS, or Wine under Linux

Currently, this solution isn't officially supported as Wine doesn't allow the necessary modules for the functionality of Temp_Cleaner GUI to run properly.
This applies to both ReactOS and Wine on Linux.

Other Operating Systems with Python support & Tcl/Tk compatibility

These solutions aren't officially supported, but since Temp_Cleaner GUI is an Open-Source product, you may download its source code and attempt to run it under any OS that has at least Python 3.9 with Tcl/Tk support, although many functionality may be reduced due to incompatibility with various modules needed to provide functionality to these features.
tl;dr: basically any OS with Python 3.9 and Tk for python support can run Temp_Cleaner GUI but with many heavy modifications.
