- build(itk-wasm): add test:buildTestPipelines:emscriptenThreads target
- build(docker): add VERSION build arg for emscripten-threads
- build: bump ITK to v5.4.3
- feat(itk-wasm-cli): update default Docker image for 20250319-964fe20b
Also fix non-threads VERSION build arg for latest debug builds.
