WebAssemblyInterface defines a project-local ExternalData_URL_TEMPLATES list (overriding the inherited ITK list) for ITK-Wasm test data. Add the ITKTestingData gh-pages mirror as the primary remote source (after the local IPFS gateway), ahead of itk.org and the IPFS gateways. %(algo) substitutes the uppercase algorithm name, matching the case-sensitive /CID/, /MD5/, /SHA512/ layout on the gh-pages branch (see commit 317ab5fdaed2 in InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITK).
