Исправлено отображение меню выбора типа критерия при добавлении критерия оценивания.
Раньше кнопка «+ Добавить критерий оценивания» визуально была по центру, но фактически занимала всю ширину контейнера.
Из-за этого меню открывалось у левого края экрана.
