Filament 5.4 & Laravel 13 Update

Hello. Could you please update the package to the latest version of Filament

internachi/modular is not installable on stable Laravel 13 here because internachi/modularize still caps illuminate/support at Laravel 12

There is a pull request here https://github.com/InterNACHI/modularize/pull/1 I was able to tell composer to use this branch as a workaround until dev's update the main package.
