It would be ideal to amend

• section "7.15.1 Using the recorded and livestream attributes" to more clearly define the use of the phrase "in the same market"
• section "7.15.2 Content Containing Pre-Recorded Sections" to include well crafted, precise definitions capturedlive

It would be helpful to clarify what is meant by "the moment that original airing has completed." in this sentence from 7.15.1:

An event that was recorded live is considered to be pre-recorded from the moment that original airing has completed.

It isn't clear if "original airing" refers to the entire event or just the portion that has been broadcast. A stab at making it clearer:

"Content originally broadcast live is considered to be pre-recorded for any rebroadcast not part of the original, linear program broadcast. For example: a play in a sporting event broadcast as it is happening is not considered pre-recorded, nor is a replay of the play if it is included in the initial broadcast, but any broadcast of either that is not part of the initial broadcast of the event is considered pre-recorded."

In section 7.15.2:

Captured live events may still mix in small amounts of non-live content.
For example, flashbacks to a highlight reel or player background pieces may still be considered as captured live.

Rather than referring to "Captured live events" I think it would be clearer to refer to "broadcast live events":

"Events that are broadcast live may include small amounts of non-live content. For example: flashbacks to a highlight reel, player background pieces or instant replays are considered captured live when included in initial, linear broadcast."

Suggested edit for 7.15.3, instead of:

The first broadcast may be timezone-aware — it’s possible an event was broadcast previously in a different timezone but it is now the first time in the user’s timezone.

"The firstbroadcast attribute may be timezone-specific: an event broadcast for the first time in a given timezone can have firstbroadcast = 1. If the event is broadcast as it is happening, livestream would also be 1 and recorded would be 0. If it is the first broadcast in a timezone other than the one in which the original event took place, livestream would be 0 and recorded would be 1."
