`validateEpochRewards` issue when trying to restore old snapshot in new version of db-sync

I ran into validateEpochRewards issue on preview when trying to restore old snapshot taken for 13.6.0.5 in new version of db-sync -  13.7.0.2.

For rewards the validation at the end of the epoch, finds some missing entries. This possibly happens because the order of rewards provided by ledger has changed. This is something we could expect. This is easy to change by adding a fix process when a mismatch is found like here.

For epoch_stake the validation finds extra entries. Such a change from upstream is unexpected. The process tries to handle it but it can't, because it assumes the older ledger version had more entries than the current. This is unexpected and require a deeper analysis.
