The light image is missing. It looks like it was missing in Tremulous to begin with.

Bringing it (if we find it) may break lighting of maps making use of it since such maps relied on the image being missing to achieve the expected light color.

So we may just remove or comment out this line to silent the warning and make sure the image isn't used if one day it surfaces:
