When I get one of these emails, it's always because a publisher has renamed an app in the Steam store. It's usually pretty obvious what happened if you go to the store and poke around, but it'd be a nice little QoL feature if the email also included a section like "...but the following items are new in this sync, perhaps one of them is the replacement".
Bonus points if either or both of the entries could be hyperlinked (either directly to the store page, or to the ITAD entry page). 🙂
