Remove outdated templates and specifications for the Unity-MCP CLI Tool

- Deleted agent-file-template.md, checklist-template.md, constitution-template.md, plan-template.md, spec-template.md, and tasks-template.md as they are no longer needed. - Removed requirements.md, cli-commands.md, data-model.md, plan.md, and quickstart.md from the 468-cli-tool-spec directory to streamline the documentation and focus on current specifications.
