The root cause is in the upstream ReflectorNet library: GetSchemaTypeId() returns raw C# type names with [ ] < > characters that violate RFC 3986 for JSON Schema $ref keys.

The fix percent-encodes those characters (e.g. System.Int32[] → System.Int32%5B%5D) in GetSchemaTypeId(). Once this ReflectorNet PR is merged and the Unity-MCP dependency is updated, the $ref validation error in the animation-create tool will be resolved.
