Of all the thousand for regression projects that there on the Internet, none that I remember was from my hometown city, Tijuana. In order to do that, data was scraped from Inmuebles24. After cleaning, pre-processing and analyzing the data, 9 regression models were implemented. The one with best performance was the selected to be included on a web app. The web app inclues a general info page, a predictor page and a explore page, were we can find visualizations about the data that we have.
