iPad: Info icon tooltip only appears with Apple Pencil hover, not tap

Summary

On iPad, the tooltip for the info icon (i) only appears when hovering with an Apple Pencil. Tapping the icon does not display the tooltip message.

Expected vs Actual Behavior

Expected: Tapping the info icon (i) on iPad should display the tooltip message.

Actual: The tooltip only appears when hovering over the icon with an Apple Pencil.
