Summary
The action bar does not scroll to accommodate horizontal overflow content. When the window size is too narrow, the last actions and options button are hidden instead of being accessible via horizontal scrolling.
Expected Behavior
Action bar content should be horizontally scrollable when it exceeds the available width.
Current Behavior
The action bar in the Recommendations, Drafts, and Review views hides the last actions and options button when the window size is too narrow, making them inaccessible.
Additional Context
The issue is visible in the attached screenshot where the action bar buttons at the bottom right (including navigation and menu options) are cut off at the edge of the window.
