Updated ExtractFilePath to take a nullable string parameter, enabling it to handle null command values gracefully.
Enhanced punctuation consistency, expanded section descriptions, and clarified tooltips in AppLanguageDic.ini. Added new keys for search features, updated user-facing messages with full-width Chinese punctuation, and improved formatting in the About section. Removed outdated lines and improved comments for translators.
Removed conditional logic for SummaryHintText.Text. Now always displays the number of backup files found, even when zero, instead of showing a special message for no backups.
