Docs: Regenerate HTML reference with new login sync functions

UPDATES:
- Regenerated sqmSQLTool-reference-full.html using Generate-ReferenceHTML.ps1
- Added 2 new functions: Sync-sqmLoginsToAlwaysOn, New-sqmAutoLoginSyncJob
- Updated 3 renamed functions: Invoke-sqmListenerMigrationPrep, etc.
- Fixed all text truncations (all 124 functions now have complete documentation)

CONTENT:
- 124 functions documented (was 109)
- Complete parameters for each function
- All examples included
- Dark theme with search and sidebar navigation

FILES:
- Docs/sqmSQLTool-reference-full.html (regenerated)

PROCESS:
Used Generate-ReferenceHTML.ps1 which:
✓ Reads all .ps1 from Public/
✓ Extracts: name, synopsis, parameters, examples
✓ Generates responsive HTML with JavaScript
