Removes [@opentelemetry/sdk-node](https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@c15t/react](https://github.com/c15t/c15t/tree/HEAD/packages/react). These dependencies need to be updated together.
