PowerControl Hover is in the Wrong Spot

Issue

Hovering over the PowerControl buttons shows the hover background in the wrong spot. I tried fixing it by editing PowerControl.inc, and while it did fix it, it broke Hotapps's hover background in the process. I have attached a video below showcasing this.
