Install packages on Dockerfile

These lines should be placed on Dockerfile:
https://github.com/jd147/jekyll/blob/master/cmd/config.sh#L12-L14

Remove them from your system with:

apt purge build-essential ruby-full 
gem uninstall bundler minima jekyll-feed

And then test it again.
