Share cache between builds

I would like to speed up the inspectcode run by sharing a cache between different builds.

Is this possible? For example by setting the --caches-home to a Github cache?

Yes, that should work.
But it also depends on the number of changes between builds.
If it's a lot, then inspectcode could discard the caches and build it from scratch.

How would it work between different (concurrent) PR builds? Can I use a shared cache for that as well?

Nope, concurrent access is not supported.
Caches should be accessed only by one process at a time, otherwise they could be corrupted.

In order to optimize inspectcode times for PRs; is it possible to only analyze a delta (e.g. the changed files - based on a git diff)?

But still, most of the time would be spent on caches building for the whole solution, and it's necessary for all files in the solution to allow resolve cross-references from specified files for analysis.
