Add GitHub Enterprise support

Hello,

is it possible to add GitHub Enterprise as a possible auth source ? I guess it would require the capability to change github URL (e.g. https://github.enterprise.mycompany.com) and to specify API URL (https://github.enterprise.mycompany.com/api/v3)
