Does the Outline Foundation / the Jigsaw team at Google intend to publish the outcome from this research?

OONI shipped its ECH tests (ooni/probe#1453) last year (ooni/probe#2840).

Cloudflare, interestingly, advertises the same ech-key (which as of today is: AEX+DQBBOgAgACBxrjxrEADE+SjS/C4dhUHrfVvpBLqJxToo0QUfuaUvKAAEAAEAAQASY2xvdWRmbGFyZS1lY2guY29tAAA=) for all (?) domains it proxies:
