Unable to Install Unsigned APKs
(Even with the 'Disable Package Manager Signature Verification' option enabled), it has been confirmed that unsigned APKs cannot currently be installed. However, installing an APK with a different signature via an overwrite installation works correctly.

Then this is not an issue of Vector, it should be an issue of the module itself.

I uninstalled Vector-v2.0-3032 and reverted to the stable LSPosed-v1.11.0-7209-zygisk-release; currently, all functions in core-patch-4.8 are working normally.

I have exactly the same problem, Core patch works with the old lsposed module and doesn't work with Vector... I was searching for a fix

@GocieDeA and @drandrew1983 Could you please provide steps in details to see what is not working ?
Explain your settings of CorePatch, and provide the APKs you used to test the claimed not-working features.
