Update parsing of cluster 1 frame to (hopefully) properly detect reported battery percentage. Note the device can be forced sending a value by pressing all 4 buttons for a couple of seconds and then releasing: This initiates a "reboot" and it will send battery status a few seconds afterwards. Resolves: JohanBendz#580
