As superadmins is difficult to resolve problems and questions to users because sometimes the users must give access to their accounts in order to identify and solve their problem, this makes the troubleshooting more complicated and takes more time and direct interaction with the user.
Describe the solution you'd like
It will be easy for superadmins to resolve problems and questions to users if they could see the webapp as the specific user with the problem without logout or need their credentials.
