Screenreader jump to wrong element after startscreen

Describe the bug
After the startscreen the screenreader (tested with VoiceOver on a mac) jumps to the parties and not to the theses.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open parteiduell.de
2. Delete completed-startscreen cookie if set
3. Start screenreader
4. Navigate to "Starten" button
5. Click it
6. Now it jumps to the parties

Expected behavior

It should jump to the theses.

Desktop:

• OS: macOS
• Browser safari
