Fix dropped clock connection in DiscreteCascadeFFController

Diagram cleanup dropped `clock.y` from the sampled-measurement net in
`DiscreteCascadeFFController`, so the `PeriodicClock` connected to nothing and
the model had no clock partition — the discrete cascade-FF test failed to build.

Restore the three-way `connect(sampler_theta.y, angle_controller.u_m, clock.y)`
(matching the other two discrete controllers) and its junction edge metadata.

Regenerating also picks up the (previously un-regenerated) `nominal_length`
World parameter and connect-ordering from earlier diagram edits on main, so a
few generated definitions are refreshed to match their .dyad sources.

Verified: test/test_stabilization.jl passes 22/22, including all discrete models.
