Transferring repo to a more active org

Hi there, this repo has been getting stale for a while now. More recently the community has started opening issues and pull requests to do minimum maintainance regarding compat bounds. E.g., #112 or #111 . I see that issues even from 2022 have no response, #87 .

Are you willing to transfer the repo to another Julia org that will increase the chances of maintainance?

I do not know which org to recommend. I know JuliaDynamics can host this, and at least three people working with agent based models are interested in making sure this works longer term. So JuliaDynamics is one solution. But I am happy to see it go somewhere else instead if someone has a better idea.

Hi @DilumAluthge and @Datseris , thanks for bringing this to our attention. Apologies for the delays, we had to coordinate with members of our team internally, as the original author of this repo is no longer with us.

We have got approval from our technical authority to allow LightOSM.jl to be transferred to another Julia org.

Please let me know the steps required to actions this. Also note that our custom license may also be a blocker - let me know if this needs updating - https://github.com/DeloitteOptimalReality/LightOSM.jl/blob/master/LICENSE

Hi @BenjaminYong, thank you for the update! This is great news.

For transferring the repo, I think the easiest way would be for you to transfer the repo to me (@DilumAluthge), and then I can transfer the repo into the appropriate org.

I looked at your license file, and it looks like you guys are using BSD-3-Clause, which is OSI-approved, and thus it should be fine. The only changes I think we need are:

1. Add the text "BSD 3-Clause License"
2. Reorder one line

Those changes should make the license detectable by our license checker. This PR demonstrates the changes that I think are necessary: #117

As you can see from that PR, it's really a very small set of changes.
