Reproducing the bug
- Describe what's not working.
AMDGPU.jl tests do not pass, and after a quick inspection AMDGPU can't allocate simple arrays on MI300A. We aim to add MI300A to JACC's CI, so there will be some form of testing after this issue is resolved.
- Provide MWE to reproduce it (if possible).
The following also does not work for array allocations in general.
